Each of these rovings comes in an eight ounce ball. The fiber is dyed before it is carded into roving to ensure there will be no matting caused when fiber is dyed after it is carded. All of the llama and wool used is from Michigan herds and flocks. The mohair and silk is from other sources. The fiber was washed with an organic soap and dyed with Jacquard Acid Dyes using Citric Acid to set the color.
